1924 Saint-Gaudens Gold Double Eagle ($20) Doily

For the plastic collector (and quality and CAC collector), this CAC-approved MS62 Saint housed in the ever-popular PCGS Doily holder displays exceptional eye appeal for the grade. The surfaces radiate with rich, satiny luster and showcase a warm honey-gold color that remains completely original. While there are some light contact marks consistent with the MS62 grade, they don't detract from the overall visual impact. The strike is bold, with crisp definition on both Liberty's flowing gown and the eagle's intricate feather detail. The fields show pleasing cartwheel luster. Overall it's a great coin in a great package!
