1928A $1 Funny Back Silver Certificate (Fr. 1601)

Fresh, original paper with evident embossing and strong press still in the surfaces. The blue seal and serials are deeply saturated, contrasting nicely against bright, clean fields. Margins are well balanced with sharp corners, and registration is spot on. The reverse shows a vibrant, uniform green with excellent depth. A faint darker area is noted to the right of the seal limiting this to gem, otherwise the note presents as superb gem (or beyond.)
