1795 Draped Bust Dollar ($1) Off-Center

Beautifully original and wonderfully even, this VF example shows steely slate-gray fields with lighter silvery devices and a faint golden wash at the peripheries - classic circulated cameo eye appeal. The surfaces are smooth for the grade with a pleasing, untouched skin and just a whisper of remaining luster in the legends and wreath. Detail is strong and balanced on both sides, with crisp rims and no distractions beyond a few scattered circulation marks.
