1795 Flowing Hair Half Dollar (50c)

A wholesome, evenly worn early half housed in an old ANACS soapbox holder. Natural pewter-gray patina with deeper charcoal in the recesses and soft dove-gray on the high points gives this example a wonderfully original, circulated look. Rims are mostly complete with clear legends and date; stars are present and distinct for the grade. The reverse shows a bold wreath-and-eagle silhouette with scattered honest ticks and light marks, none distracting.
