A wholesome, evenly circulated VF with honest dove‑gray patina and consistent wear across both sides — exactly what you want for an early half. The obverse shows pleasing contrast with a soft “circulated cameo” look; fields display only light, old abrasions and faint lines, with no distracting digs. Rims are sound for the grade, denticles mostly bold, and legends strong. The reverse is attractive and balanced, with clear feather detail and retained leaf definition that fits the assigned level.
