1798 Draped Bust Dollar ($1) Small Eagle, 13 Stars

While large eagle 1798 dollars can be found with relative ease, small eagle examples are tough, especially so with CAC approval. This choice, original VF shows even wear and pleasing natural skin. The surfaces are a balanced blend of slate and deep grey with soft olive accents, giving the coin a fantastic natural, old look. Details are bold for the grade, with excellent hair separation and crisp dentils. Surfaces are smooth for the issue, and free of any distracting marks. Housed in a PCGS holder and approved by CAC - a well-deserved sticker on a wholesome, scarce early dollar.
