1798/7 Draped Bust Large Cent (1c)

Choice Good early copper with smooth, hard surfaces and even medium chocolate color accented by lighter tan high points - an absolutely incredible look. The date is strong, LIBERTY is readable, rims are largely complete, and the fraction is crisp, giving the coin unusually balanced eye appeal for the grade. Original skin with no porosity or cleaning, just honest wear; a few old, unobtrusive scratches in the reverse center are noted. The overdate remains evident. Housed in an NGC holder with a green CAC sticker.
