1799 Draped Bust Gold Eagle ($10) Large Stars Obverse

This AU draped bust ten shows bright lemon gold color, with ample remaining luster. Even wear and light friction on the high points deliver that classic lightly circulated early gold look. The strike shows strong definition, with excellent hair and feather sharpness. Some scattered contact in the open fields and moderate wear caps the grade, but nothing distracts from the overall eye appeal. Housed in a PCGS holder.
