1806 Draped Bust Half Cent (1/2c)

It's not every day you see a 218-year-old copper coin with heaps of original blazing red color and blooming mint luster, but here we are.

This half cent is simply epic. Among the series, it's one of the more common dates (though not as common as the paradoxical 1804 issue), however the grade is anything but common: Full choice uncirculated MS63, mostly red but just a hint of aging to bring it to the Red-Brown designation.

It's an original, eye-appealing beauty (and CAC agrees!).
