1807 Capped Bust Half Dollar (50c) Large Stars 50/20

Choice and wonderfully original, this XF45 shows even, natural dove-gray patina with subtle lighter highlights and traces of luster tucked into the devices. Surfaces are pleasingly smooth for the grade with no cleaning or distracting hits; just honest wear and a few tiny rim ticks at 6 o’clock (both sides) and a faint old scuff in the left obverse field. Legends and rims are full, the strike definition is strong where it counts, and the overall eye appeal is decidedly above average. Housed in a current PCGS holder and carrying a green CAC sticker that feels well earned.
