1823/2 Coronet Large Cent (1c)

Warm mahogany-brown fields set against smooth chocolate devices give this 1823/2 an honest, original look. LIBERTY reads in full on the coronet, the curls retain good separation, and the wreath shows nice leaf definition with bold legends all around. Wear is even and natural, and the color is uniform from obverse to reverse. A scarce overdate cent, housed in a PCGS gold shield holder.
