1830 Capped Bust Half Dime (H10C)

In an old NGC fatty holder with a green CAC sticker, this MS64 shows wonderfully original patina. The satiny cartwheel luster beams through the toning and the definition is crisp from stars to feathers. Surfaces are impressively clean for the grade, with only a few trivial ticks near the obverse portrait keeping it shy of gem. Strong, album-toned eye appeal that really pops in hand.
