Frosty, satiny luster rolls across bright silver surfaces with soft champagne and pale gold at the rims, giving this example lively, fresh eye appeal. The strike is confident for the issue with excellent hair and feather detail, and the fields show pleasing originality without the dipped-out look. A few scattered ticks in the left obverse field and around the reverse shield keep it right in the mid-Mint State lane, but PCGS got this one right.
