1842-O Seated Liberty Half Dollar (50c) Small Date, Rev of 1839
PCGS VF30 CAC
Nicely original and evenly circulated, this VF example shows balanced medium-slate and tan color with subtle golden accents at the peripheries, giving it a pleasing, honest skin. Detail is strong for the grade, with LIBERTY bold and feathers crisp enough to carry the look, and the surfaces are refreshingly free of distractions beyond light, even circulation. The eye appeal is notably sound for an O-mint in this state of preservation. Housed in a PCGS gold shield holder with the Small Date, Rev. of 1839 attribution on the insert, and blessed with a well-deserved green CAC sticker.
