1852 Braided Hair Large Cent (1c)

An awfully gem looking 64BN - showing glossy chocolate-brown surfaces with accents of blue and green. The strike is sharp, with fully defined braids, bold star centers, and crisp leaf detail in the wreath. Luster is satiny and unbroken beneath the color, and the fields are clean with just a few trivial ticks. Originality is beyond question and the eye appeal is well above average for a Braided Hair cent at this grade. Housed in an older PCGS holder with a green CAC sticker.
