Flashy luster rolls across warm champagne-gold surfaces, giving this example strong eye appeal. The strike is excellent for the issue, with crisp shield lines and sharp stars, and the fields are remarkably clean for a 3 cent - only the faintest scattered ticks under magnification. Housed in an older NGC holder.
