A wholesome VF with pleasing, original dove‑gray skin and even, honest wear—exactly what CAC likes, as the green bean confirms. Surfaces are problem-free for the grade, with just a few light, old ticks and a thin obverse field line right of Liberty; rims are full and the devices remain bold, including a readable LIBERTY and strong peripheral detail. The reverse shows attractive, slightly mottled golden‑tan patina with satisfying definition through the wreath, shield, and wings, and faint residual luster hugging the protected areas. Housed in a modern PCGS holder with blue gasket, this example has strong eye appeal for a scarce CC issue in mid‑grade.
