1876-S Trade Dollar (T$1) Chopmarked
PCGS MS62 CAC
Attractive, original skin with even dove-gray and pale gold patina, soft cartwheel luster peeking through and a pleasantly “crusty” look. The chopmark is bold and neatly placed in the right reverse field beside the eagle’s wing, adding a fun reminder of the time this coin spent overseas (without disrupting the overall eye appeal.) Surfaces are refreshingly unmessed-with for the issue, showing light ticks and faint hairlines consistent with the grade. Strike is better than typical, with strong device detail under the satiny toning. Housed in a current PCGS holder and blessed with a green CAC sticker - a confident MS62 that looks right and feels right in hand.
