1878-S Morgan Dollar ($1) Rattler

An early PCGS Rattler houses this flashy 1878-S dollar. Brilliant, essentially untoned silver with a semi-reflective flash in the obverse fields set against frosty devices, giving a near-cameo look. The strike is sharp throughout, from Liberty's hair to the eagle's breast, and the reverse is exceptionally clean. The usual light cheek chatter caps the grade, but the eye appeal is way above average- confirmed by the CAC sticker.
