This one certainly looks PL to us! Reflective fields and thickly frosted devices give this 1879-S a striking near-cameo look that jumps right out of the holder. A bit of light chatter on the cheek caps the grade, but the overall look is well beyond a typical 64 - confirmed by the green CAC sticker. Housed in a PCGS holder.
