NGC’s Star makes perfect sense here - the fields are inky and profoundly reflective, setting off icy frosted devices with borderline cameo contrast and terrific flash. The surfaces are wonderfully clean for the grade with only the faintest wisps in the mirrors under a hard light, and the strike is needle sharp from rim to center. Color is essentially untoned, presenting a cool steel-blue sheen on the mirrors that amplifies the eye appeal. A crisp, high-end Gem Proof in a tidy NGC holder that looks every bit the part.
