Brilliant white and a crisp, needle-sharp strike that shows off the hair strands and eagle’s breast. Housed in an older NGC holder, this coin faces up high-end 64 - a few scattered ticks on the cheek are the limiter - while the overall eye appeal is excellent and the mirrors are all there.
