In a classic PCGS OGH with a green CAC sticker, this coin pops with bright PL reflectivity. Surfaces are fresh and original, and blast white. The fields are glassy, and the devices are nicely frosted, giving the mirrors plenty of life. A few scattered ticks on the cheek limit the grade, but the overall eye appeal is strong and the CAC checks out.
