The look is bright silver white with a whisper of champagne at the rims, and the strike is as bold as you could hope for. Surfaces are remarkably clean for the date, with only a few scattered ticks on an otherwise nearly-perfect cheek limiting loftier territory. Housed in a PCGS gold shield holder, this example offers notably strong eye appeal. And this is as good as it gets for 90-CCs -- with the exception of a single 66+, this is tied for the finest available grade on the market.
