A blast-white 1890-S with frosty mint bloom rolling across both sides and no toning to interrupt the flash. The strike is sharp with full breast feathers and crisp hair detail. The usual light cheek chatter caps the grade, but the overall look is fresh and high-end for a 64 - confirmed by the green CAC sticker. Housed in a PCGS holder.
