Lively cartwheel luster rolls across frosty, brilliant surfaces with a thin ring of champagne-gold at the rims, giving this MS64 strong, fresh eye appeal. The obverse shows the usual scattered ticks on the cheek that cap the grade, while the reverse is notably clean and flashy. Strike is typical the mint, with some center softness. Housed in an older NGC holder.
