1896-O Barber Quarter (25c)

Pale dove-gray devices stand out boldly against deeper slate fields on this original 1896-O, with russet and teal among the right obverse stars. A legible LIBERTY remains on the headband, the wreath leaves are well outlined, and the reverse holds pleasing wing feather detail. Wear is even and the patina has settled naturally on both sides. Wholesome eye appeal for a scarce VF 1896 New Orleans quarter, housed in a PCGS gold shield holder.
