1899 Indian Cent (1c) Laidacker Collection

Vibrant mint red with a rich orange-gold glow. Some very light reverse patina bumps this one out of the 100%-red category, but is still way above RB, and CAC agrees. The strike is sharp, with nice feathering, bold diamonds on the ribbon, and complete wreath detail. Satiny luster spins freely over remarkably clean fields, and the surfaces read as completely original with strong eye appeal for the grade. Housed in a PCGS Gold Shield holder with a green CAC sticker, from the Laidacker collection.
