In an older NGC holder bearing a green CAC sticker, this frosty MS64 lights up with booming cartwheel luster and a bright silver look framed by soft champagne at the rims, more pronounced on the reverse. The strike is sharp for the issue with crisp hair detail and bold eagle feathers, and the reverse is especially clean.
