1909 Indian Gold Half Eagle ($5)

Radiant, satiny yellow-gold surfaces with subtle orange accents and a lively cartwheel that pops in hand. The strike is bold for the issue, and the fields are pleasingly original with no spotting or discoloration. Scattered contact, mostly on the reverse fields, sets the grade but doesn't distract. Eye appeal is strong, boosted by the rich color and fresh skin. Housed in a PCGS holder with a well-deserved green CAC sticker.
