1912-S Lincoln Cent (1c) OGH
PCGS
MS63 BN
Gold
CAC
The San Francisco Mint was still finding its footing with cent production in these early years, and the relatively low output combined with heavy circulation in the West means high-grade survivors are genuinely tough to locate.
This PCGS MS63BN example proudly sports a gold CAC sticker, confirming extreme conservatism in grading (the coin borders on RB and is a minimum 64+). The coin displays excellent original surfaces with underlying hints of red, particularly visible in the protected areas. The luster is strong and the eye appeal is exceedingly attractive for a brown-designated Lincoln. The strike is sharp throughout, and the surfaces show only the minor contact marks. A really nice example of this early key date.
