1913-D Barber Half Dollar (50c)

Silky, original skin with a warm champagne-gold wash and faint olive at the rims gives this MS63 a pleasing, even look, and the cartwheel luster rolls smoothly across both sides. The obverse fields are notably clean for the grade, with only a single light tick on the neck hinting at why it isn’t graded higher. Strike detail is crisp, and the reverse is especially fresh with frosty texture and minimal contact. Housed in a PCGS holder and blessed with a green CAC sticker, this example has the eye appeal we all hunt for.
