Frosty cartwheel luster rolls beneath attractive album-style color, with pale silver centers framed by warm champagne and olive-gold at the rims. Nicely struck for the issue, with bold central definition and minimal contact overall - a few light ticks in the right obverse field are all that keep it out of 66.
