A wholesome VG example of a rare date, with smooth pewter-gray surfaces that dark at the recesses. The date is bold, the rims are full, and Liberty's gown retains pleasing definition for a VG8. The look is completely natural and problem-free, with nothing distracting on either side. Housed in an NGC holder with a green CAC sticker.
