1922 Peace Dollar ($1)

A wonderfully original gem with a thin ring of russet and teal hugging the rims, framing brilliant, frosty silver centers on both sides. Cartwheel luster rolls uninterrupted across the fields, and the strike is pleasingly bold for a Philadelphia Peace dollar, with strong hair and crisp feather detail. The cheek and open fields are remarkably clean for the grade, giving this example strong eye appeal. Housed in an old NGC "fatty" holder with a green CAC sticker.
