1923 Buffalo Nickel (5c)

Silky satiny luster rolls across fully original, untouched surfaces, wrapped in a pleasing veil of pale champagne and antique-gold tone with subtle pastel highlights at the peripheries. The fields are notably clean for the grade, with only a light scattering of ticks that keep it out of gem. Strike shows the usual softness at the center but leaves plenty of crisp detail and a balanced look. The eye appeal is strong and entirely natural, and the well-earned green CAC sticker confirms the quality. Housed in a current PCGS holder.
