A notoriously tough coin in 66 w/ CAC approval, this silky, original coin with even champagne-silver patina and strong cartwheel luster gives any other example a run for its money. The strike is well above average for the date, with crisp hair detail and well defined eagle feathers, and the cheek and fields are notably clean for the grade. Fresh, unmessed-with surfaces, no haze, and a pleasingly uniform look throughout. Seated in a current PCGS gold shield holder and proudly boasting its green CAC sticker (one of only 31 to have earned the green bean in this grade.)
