1935 Peace Dollar ($1)

A warm ring of russet and amber patina frames both sides of this 1935 peace dollar, giving the creamy silver centers a wonderfully original look. Satiny luster rolls beneath the toning, and the strike is solid with pleasing definition in Liberty's hair and the eagle's plumage. The usual light chatter on the cheek caps the grade, but the reverse is especially clean and the overall eye appeal is high-end for a 64. Housed in an NGC holder with a green CAC sticker.
