1936-D Texas Commemorative Half (50c)

Superb Gem plus and CAC approved in an NGC holder, this Texas lights up with booming cartwheel luster and frosty devices. The surfaces are wonderfully original, showing a bright satiny sheen with pale champagne-gold and a whisper of rose at the rims. Both sides are impressively clean for the grade, with only a few trivial ticks keeping it out of the next box. The strike is razor sharp and the fields glow, yielding knockout eye appeal that makes this example feel legitimately special.
