1940 Walking Liberty Half Dollar (50c)

Deeply mirrored fields flash brightly beneath a light patina. The strike is sharp as expected for a proof, with fully struck gown lines and crisp feather detail on the eagle. A few faint field lines cap the grade, but the surfaces read as fresh and original with plenty of watery reflectivity intact. Strong eye appeal for the grade, housed in a modern NGC holder.
