Watery proof mirrors flash across both sides of this 1942 Walker. The obverse devices carry a touch of frost, giving Liberty pleasing contrast against the deep reflective fields, and the strike is razor-sharp as expected for a proof. A few faint lines in the obverse fields cap the grade, but the overall look is high-end for a 64 - confirmed by the green CAC sticker. Housed in a PCGS holder.
