This example shows honest, even circulation with a full network of folds and handling but retains respectable eye appeal. Paper remains sound and intact with complete margins and only modest edge rounding. The inks hold up well for the grade - the red serial and seal are still distinctly visible and the intricate green overprints remain strong, with the reverse displaying a pleasing, uniform green. A tiny pinhole to the right of STATES is noted, otherwise the note faces up evenly without major distractions.
