1864 Confederate $500 (Fr. T-64)

A pleasing VF example with strong eye appeal for the grade. Inks remain bold, with crisp black printing, vivid red serials, and confident penned signatures that pop against the lightly toned paper. The paper is sound and well balanced in the holder, with margins that frame the design nicely and edges free of meaningful distractions. Embossing is faint from circulation yet the details are still well defined. Several vertical folds limit the grade, but overall presentation is clean and attractive on both sides.
