A solid VF example (that presents FAR nicer than the grade on the holder) with pleasing, balanced margins and confident eye appeal. The paper retains good body and honest circulation, with barely perceptible vertical folds the main limiter. Inks present strongly - the blue serials pop, the red seal is vibrant, and the intricate gray printing remains sharply defined. The reverse shows deep, even green with crisp detail and no distracting stains. Housed in a clean, problem-free PMG holder, this specimen offers notably bold color for the grade.
