1896 $2 Educational Silver Certificate (Fr. 248)

High eye appeal for the grade with fresh, bright paper and deeply impressed inks. The blue serials are vivid and the red seal pops, framed by balanced margins that give the face ample breathing room. The reverse is equally convincing with a rich, saturated green and razor details. A single light vertical bend on the leftmost third caps the grade, but otherwise an exceedingly pleasance example. Presented in a clean, scuff‑free PMG holder.
