A pleasing VF example with steady eye appeal. The paper remains sound and well balanced, showing honest circulation while retaining strong detail. Blue serials are crisp and the red seal is still vivid, with pleasing contrast across the face. The reverse green holds up well, presenting even color and good definition. Margins are complete and mostly even. Light soiling is present but nondistracting. An attractive, problem free specimen in PMG plastic.
