Eye appeal is strong for a VF Star, with balanced margins, deep black inks, and a vivid blue seal and matching star-number pair. Paper shows good body with pleasing brightness and the scattered colored fibers plainly visible, while the reverse retains a rich, even green. A few folds and tight bottom margin limit the grade, but otherwise a great look for a scarce star. Housed in a clean PMG holder that presents the specimen nicely.
