1899 $2 Mini Porthole Silver Certificate (Fr. 251)

A crisp, problem-free Choice VF with notably strong eye appeal for the grade. Paper remains bright and well-bodied with solid snap, showing typical vertical folds and light handling but no tears or repairs. Inks present with excellent contrast - the blue overprint is vivid and the deep green reverse is still punchy. Margins are balanced with only minor corner rounding from circulation. A pleasing, original example in a clean PMG holder.
