The sole and unique Red Seal discovery note from this Texas town. Solid VF from Santo with honest circulation - multiple folds, light soiling, and even wear - yet still delivering strong eye appeal. The red overprint pops, the blue serials are crisp, and the penned bank signatures remain dark and fully legible. Paper is sound with no distracting repairs noted, and the margins present evenly for the type. The reverse shows typical handling with scattered wrinkles but retains deep, satisfying green. PMG correctly flags a small spindle hole, seen near center.
