1922 $20 Gold Certificate (Fr. 1187)

A pleasing VF example with above average eye appeal for the grade. The inks are strong - deep black on the face with a vivid orange overprint and an impressively rich orange reverse. Paper shows solid body and respectable brightness without distracting marks or stains. Margins are balanced and frame the design well. Some light vertical folds define the grade, yet the note presents crisply in the PMG holder with bold serials and clean surfaces.
